  • Get in touch with us five days after placing your order.
  • After delivery, please return the things to us within 14 days.

Please send an email to SUPPORT@RAINBOWECOMMERCE.COM to request a return authorization before beginning a return; refunds cannot be issued without this authorization.

You can still return things for store credit if the delivery date was more than 14 days ago but less than 30 days ago.

Pack your returns in their original box, utilize a tracked and insured courier, and save your receipt for piece of mind. Items that are lost or damaged in transit are not our responsibility.

Remember to put a note with your name and the invoice number on it. Sadly, shipping costs for returned purchases are not refundable.

We’ll send you an email to confirm receipt and to initiate your refund as soon as we receive and review your return. Please give this process one to three days. Please get in touch if you have any questions!

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they come damaged or defective due to their nature:

  • Custom-made eternity bands
  • Products Sold During a Sales Event


  • Who pays for the shipping charges on returns?
    The cost of return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
  • How should the returned goods be shipped?
    Please make sure the goods are returned in the original packing and condition.


If I decide to change my mind after placing my order, can I cancel it?

Order cancellation is only available up to 24 hours after the order is placed. We regret to inform you that cancellations made after this time will not be accepted. As per our refund policy, it can take up to 4 business days to finalize the cancellation procedure and start the refund process once you request it. A notification will be sent to you when this is finished.

Why was the “24 Hour” deadline set?

We begin the process of selecting, packing, personalizing, and setting up logistics as soon as your order is confirmed. By the time the 24-hour mark is reached, the product has frequently already gone through multiple phases.

What happens if I decide to cancel before the product is shipped?

Should you choose to cancel before the product is sent, you will receive a full refund.
